Punjab & Sind Bank has informed BSE that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Bank will remain closed from June 22, 2016 to June 28, 2016 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Payment of Dividend & 6th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Bank to be held on June 28, 2016.<BR><BR>The Bank has fixed June 21, 2016 as Cut-off Date for ascertaining the shareholders who will be entitled to receive dividend, participate in e-voting/ polling on the agenda items and to attend the Sixth Annual General Meeting.
