Punjab & Sind Bank has informed BSE that a meeting of Board of Directors of Bank is scheduled to be held on August 08, 2015, inter alia, to consider and take on record unaudited, reviewed financial results of the Bank for the Quarter [Q1] ended June 30, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, in terms of Punjab & Sind Bank Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Reporting Trading by Insiders, framed as per SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window shall remain closed, for all designated / connected persons, from July 31, 2015 to August 10, 2015 (both days inclusive).
