| We have examined all Share Transfer Deeds, Memorandum of Transfers,Registers, files and other documents relating to Punjab & Sind Bank maintained by Link Intime (India) Private Limited pertaining to transfer of equity shares of the Bank for the period from 01st October,2016 to 31st March,2017 fir the purpose of issuing a certificate as per Regulation 40(9) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations,2015 and the Listing Agreement entered into by, Punjab & Sind Bank with stock exchanges, where the securities of the bank are listed and based on the information provided, we hereby certify that: - No request was received for the purpose of transfer,sub division, consolidation renewal, exchange or endorsement of calls/allotment monies during the period from 1st October,2016 to 31st March,2017. | |
