| Punjab Chemicals & Crop Protection Ltd has informed BSE that next Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 28, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended on March 31, 2015.<BR><BR>In view of the above, the Trading Window for dealing in the Company's scripts by the Directors, Designated Employees and other concerned persons of the Company will remain closed from May 21, 2015 to May 29, 2015 (both days inclusive), in terms of the Company's Code of Prevention of Insider Trading, read with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992. | |
