With reference to the notice dated May 12, 2015 convening the Annual General Meeting of the Bank for 3 agenda items including Election of one Shareholder Directors of the Bank from amongst shareholders other than the Central Government:-<BR><BR>Punjab National Bank has informed BSE that remote e-voting for the agenda items was held from June 27, 2015 to June 29, 2015 and physical voting through ballots at the AGM on June 30, 2015. As per the report received from the Scrutinizer, Mrs. Ashu Gupta, the Managing Director & CEO has declared the following candidate as elected and he assumes office with effect from July 01, 2015.<BR><BR>Name of the Candidate : Mr. Rajinder Mohan Singh
