To consider and adopt the Consolidated & Standalone Audited Financial Statements of the Company & its Subsidiaries for the Quarter and Three Months Ended June 30, 2015.<BR><BR>2. To consider & fix a date to convene the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Shareholders of the Company and to issue Notice to the Shareholders accordingly.<BR><BR>Further, as per the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of insider Trading, under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015, the Trading Window for dealing In the Shares of the Company shall remain closed for all the Directors & specified Employees, From July 30, 2015 to August 16, 2015 (both days inclusive).
