PVR LTD. - Board recommends Dividend

PVR Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its Meeting held on May 27, 2016, inter alia, has approved the following:<BR><BR>1. Dividend @ Rs. 2/- per equity share of face value of Rs. 10/- each of the Company.<BR><BR>2. Allotment of 34,000 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each at a premium of Rs. 190/- each share against the same number of Options exercised by the employees of the Company pursuant to PVR ESOS 2012.
