With reference to the earlier announcement dated October 17, 2012 regarding Intimation of Board Meeting to be held on October 27, 2012, R Systems International Ltd has now informed BSE that in the said meeting the Board will also discuss and consider the following in addition to the other agenda items :<br/><br/>1. An investment up to USD 100,000 (US Dollar One Hundred Thousand only) for setting up of a wholly owned subsidiary Company of R Systems International Ltd in Canada.
