Raj Oil Mills Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 30, 2015, inter alia, has approved the following:<BR><BR>1. The Board has approved the appointment of Amit R. Dadheech & Associates, Practicing Company Secretaries as the Secretarial Auditor of the Company for the Financial year 2014-15.<BR><BR>2. The Board has also approved the appointment of Ms. Shobhana Sinkar, as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f. May 15, 2015.
