| Raj Rayon Industries Ltd has informed BSE that with reference to a letter received from the Companys Chairman and Managing Director Mr. Gourishankar Poddar about his resignation from the said post and from other Directorship before the expiry of his tenure which completes on March 31, 2014 and he has also informed the Company that he has sent the same to Stock Exchange.<br/><br/>Further the Company has informed that, the Company will consider the matter in its Board of Directors meeting to be held shortly. And the Company will also update the Stock Exchange about the Boards decision on the continuation of Mr. Gourishankar Poddar, as Chairman and Managing Director. | |
