Raj Rayon Industries Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is being scheduled on May 30, 2015, to transact the following business:<BR><BR>- To consider and approve the Audited Financial Result for the quarter ended March 31, 2015 and year ended on March 31, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015 and Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company would remain closed for the Insiders covered under the said Code, from May 23, 2015 to June 01, 2015 (both days inclusive) in view of meeting for Audited Financial result for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2015.
