Raj Television Network Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 27, 2015, inter alia, to consider and take on record, the audited financial results for the fourth quarter ended March 31, 2015 and Audited financial results for the financial year ended March 31, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 1992, the Trading Window of the Company shall remain closed from May 27, 2015 to May 28, 2015, for the Directors / Designated Employees and others as defined under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 1992, of the Company in respect of the above results.
