Due to the sudden demise of Shri P.R. Ramasubrahmaneya Rajha, Chairman of our Company, the Board Meeting scheduled to be held on Wednesday,the 24th May, 2017, is postponed to Thursday, the 25th May, 2017. The above Board Meeting will inter alia consider the Audited Annual Accounts of the Company and Consolidated Financial Statements of the Company & its Associates for the year ended 31st March, 2017 and recommend Dividend for the year 2016-17. In view of the above, the Closure of Trading Window for the Company's Directors and other Designated Persons, as per the 'Code of Conduct to Regulate Insider Trading and Code of Fair Disclosure' of the Company, stands revised from 14th May, 2017 to 27th May, 2017.
