Rajeswari Infrastructure Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 03, 2015, inter alia, to consider the Unaudited Financial Results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2015.<BR><BR>In view of the Board meeting scheduled to be held on August 03, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the Company's equity shares by the designated employees and their dependent family members of the Company will remain closed from July 27, 2015 to August 04, 2015 (both days inclusive) in compliance with the provisions of Companys Code of Conduct for prevention of insider trading, read with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992.
