Rajvir Industries Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 30, 2015, inter alia, to consider and to approve the audited financial results of the Company for the year 2014-15.<BR><BR>Further, the trading window for dealing in the Companys equity shares by the directors and designated employees of the Company will remain closed from May 21, 2015 to June 01, 2015 (both days inclusive).
