With reference to the earlier letters dated February 03, 2016 and February 09, 2016 regarding the Board meeting for consideration of unaudited quarterly financial results for the period ended December 31, 2015 to be held on February 13, 2016 is preponed to February 12, 2016.<BR><BR>Rajvir Industries Ltd has now informed BSE that the Board Meeting would be held on February 13, 2016 as scheduled and intimated vide Company's letter dated February 03, 2016 and not on February 12, 2016.<BR><BR>All the other contents informed in the earlier letter dated February 03, 2016 remains the same.
