| Rallis India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 22, 2014, inter alia, has recommended final dividend of Rs.1.40 per share (140%) to the shareholders of the Company.<br/><br/>Further, the Company has informed that if the recommended final dividend is approved by the shareholders at the Annual General Meeting to be held on June 30, 2014, the same shall be paid on July 02, 2014. | |
