Rallis India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors at its meeting held on January 20, 2017, has approved <BR>re-appointment of Mr. V. Shankar as Managing Director of the Company, for a further term of 5 years with effect from March 13, 2017, subject to the retirement age for Managing Directors applicable to the Company. This re-appointment is subject to approval of the shareholders at the next Annual General Meeting of the Company.
