Rama Vision Ltd has informed BSE that the Board Meeting of the Company to consider Audited Financial Results of the Company for the year ended on March 31, 2016 will be held on May 23, 2016.<BR><BR>Further, the trading in Company's Equity Shares by the Directors and Designated Employees of the Company shall remain closed from May 12, 2016 to May 25, 2016 (both days inclusive), in terms of the Company's code of Conduct for prevention of insider trading, read with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
