In view of the meeting of Board of Directors of the Company to be held on Tuesday, 14th November, 2017 to inter-alia consider and approve Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended on 30th September, 2017, please be informed that as per the Company's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading ('the Code') adopted by the Company pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company would remain closed from 03rd November, 2017 upto 48 hours after the announcement of the aforesaid financial results to the public.
