Ramco Systems Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 20, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results for the Quarter and Year ended March 31, 2016.<BR><BR>In view of the above, as per SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Code of Conduct to Regulate Insider Trading and Code of Fair Disclosure of the Company, the Trading Window shall remain closed for Designated Persons of the Company from May 13, 2016 to May 22, 2016 (both days Inclusive).
