Ramco Systems Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will held on April 20, 2015, <BR>to consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results for the Quarter and Year ended 31st March, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, as per SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992 and the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading of the Company, the Trading Window shall remain closed for Directors, Officers and designated employees of the Company from April 17, 2015 to April 21, 2015 (both days Inclusive) for the purpose of approval of Unaudited Quarterly and Year ended Financial results.
