Rammaica India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 13, 2015, inter alia, have duly approved the following :<BR><BR>1. Adoption of new set of Articles of Association as per Companies Act, 2013.<BR><BR>2. Adoption of new set of Memorandum of Association as per Companies Act, 2013.<BR><BR>3. Re-appointment of Auditor for the financial year 2015-2016.<BR><BR>4. Appointment of two Directors of the Company viz. Mr. Jitendra Sharma and Kirti Ranchoddas Doshi from August 13, 2015.
