We wish to inform that in terms of the Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by the Designated Persons of the Company and pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended, read with the BSE Circular LIST/COMP/01/2019-20, dated 2nd April 2019, the trading window of the Company for dealing in securities of the Company for all the designated persons, shall remain closed with effect from the end of quarter September 2023, till the expiry of 48hours after declaration of the un-audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended on 30th September 2023.
