We wish to inform you that in terms of the code of conduct to regulate, monitor and reporting of trading by designated persons of the Company and pursuant to SEBI (PIT) Regulations, 2015, the trading window of the Company for dealing securities by the designated persons and their immediate relatives, shall remain closed w.e.f. Monday, January 01, 2024, till the expiry of forty-eight hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter and Nine months ending on December 31, 2023. The date of the Board meeting for consideration and approval of un-audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ending December 31, 2023, will be intimated in due course.
