April 1, 2017) to regulate, monitor and report trading by Insiders and practices and procedures for fair disclosure of Unpublished price sensitive information, the 'Trading Window' would remain closed for promoters, directors, other connected persons and designated employees of the Company from September 30, 2017 to November 24, 2017 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of considering the standalone unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ending September 30, 2017.
