| Rasandik Engineering Industries India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 13, 2014, inter alia, to consider and take on record, the Un-audited Financial Results for the Quarter and Nine Months ended on December 31, 2013 for the Financial Year 2013-14.<br/><br/>Further the Company has informed that, the Trading Window shall remain closed from February 03, 2014 to February 14, 2014 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of approval of Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and nine months, ended December 31, 2013 by the Board of Directors in the meeting to be convened on February 13, 2014. The directors/officers/designated employees are prohibited from trading in the Companys equity shares during the aforesaid period. | |
