Raunaq EPC International Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 27, 2016, inter alia, has recommended Final Dividend @ Rs. 1.20/- per equity share of the Company for the financial year 2015-2016 which, subject to the approval of shareholders, will be paid on or before September 02, 2016.
