Ravi Kumar Distilleries Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 13, 2014, inter alia, have transacted the following business:<br/><br/>1. Appointed Mrs. Padma Loya, a member of ICSI as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company.<br/><br/>2. Noted the update of Legal cases filed by the Company against Mr. Anil Agrawal, Managing Director of M/s. Comfort Securities Pvt. Ltd., Merchant Banker and M/s. Comfort Intech Ltd. and his associates with various authorities and also noted the FIR filed by EOW, Mumbai.<br/><br/>3. Noted the severe financial constraints caused to the Company due to the fraudulent activities of Mr. Anil Agrawal, Comfort Securities Ltd, Comfort Intech Ltd and his Group, and the notice from State Bank of India, Chennai to pay the arrears immediately.
