| Ravindra Energy Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 05/02/2024 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, please take notice that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Monday, the 5th day of February, 2024, inter alia, to consider, approve and take on records the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended December 31, 2023; Further, pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company's Code of Practices and Procedures for Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of Ravindra Energy Limited which is closed for the designated employees covered under the Code from the end of the said quarter, shall continue to remain closed upto Wednesday, February 7, 2024. | |
