Dear Sir/Madam, Due to Resignation of Mr. Harsh Vimal Soni (w.e.f. close of business hours on 18/05/2024) as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer and Appointment of Mr. Shaharyar Saiyad (w.e.f. 20/05/2024) as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company, the structure of KMP has been changed.
