Raymond Ltd has informed BSE that Shri M. Shivkumar, Chief Financial Officer has decided to move on from the Company to pursue other opportunities.<BR><BR>The Company has appointed Shri. Sanjay Bahl as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with effect from November 16, 2015.<BR><BR>As required under Companies Act, 2013 and Clause 49 of the Listing Agreement, the said appointment has also been approved by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and Audit Committee respectively.
