Raymond Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 26, 2016, inter alia, has transacted the following:<BR><BR>1. The Board of Directors after deliberation recommended a dividend of 30% on the Equity Share Capital i.e. Rs. 3/- per equity share for the year 2015-16. The dividend if approved by the shareholders will be paid on or after June 08, 2016.<BR><BR>2. The Ninety First Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held on June 07, 2016 at the Registered Office of the Company at Plot No.156/H.No.2, Village Zadgaon, Ratnagiri - 415 612.
