| RCI Industries & Technologies Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of Board of Directors of the company will be held on November 28, 2017, inter alia, to:<BR><BR>1. Consider and approve Unaudited Standalone & Consolidated Financial Results (Under - Ind AS) for the Quarter/Half year ended September 30, 2017.<BR><BR>2. Consider the declaration of Interim Dividend for the financial year 2017-18.<BR><BR>Further, in terms of Code of Conduct of the Company to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders and for Prevention of Insider Trading pursuant to Regulation 9 read with Schedule B of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain close for declaration of unaudited financial results (Under Ind AS) of the Company for Quarter/Half year ended September 30, 2017 for all Designated Employees (Including Directors) from November 18, 2017 to November 30, 2017. (Both days inclusive)<BR><BR>Accordingly all the Designated Employees (Including Directors) of the Company have been intimated not to enter into any transaction involving the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window. | |
