Ref: This is to bring to your kind notice that the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai vide its approval letter dated 28th september, 2023 on thrusday has granted an extension of time by a period of 3 months to Regal Entertainment and Consultants ltd for holding its Annual General Meeting for the financial year ended on march 31, 2023. thus the company is allowed to conduct its annual general meeting for the financial year ended on march 31, 2023 on or before December 31, 2023. In view of the above-mentioned approval accorded to the company, the company shall convene its annual general meeting for the financial year 2022-23 within such extended time line as approved and date of Annual General Meeting shall be intimated in due course of time, upon approval of the board.
