Rei Agro Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of Board of Directors of the Company scheduled to be held on November 14, 2014, inter alia, to discuss, consider and approve the un-audited financial results of the Company for the quarter/Six Months ended September 30, 2014 amongst other matters been adjourned sine die for the want of quorum, fresh date of meeting will be announced after consultation with Directors about their availability for consideration of the financial results of the Company.
