With reference to the news article appeared in The Financial Express on March 26, 2015 titled "RBI detects fraud in REI Agro; CBI probe likely, Rei Agro Ltd has Clarified to BSE as under : <BR><BR>"REI Agro Limited has not received/served any notice or official communication from Reserve Bank of India or any authority in this regard and we vehemently denies the allegations of fraud or misappropriation of fund as alleged in the said news articles against REI Agro Limited.<BR><BR>We also like to state that REI Agro has done no wrong and has always acted in the best interest of its Shareholders and Creditors".
