Reliance Communications Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 06, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve the unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2015 (Q2).<BR><BR>Pursuant to the "Reliance Communications Limited - Code of conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report trading in Securities and fair disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information" (Code), the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for the Directors, Designated employees and Connected persons covered under the Code from the closure of business hours of October 29, 2015 to closure of business hours of November 08, 2015.
