Reliance Industrial Infrastructure Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on October 12, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the second quarter / half year ended September 30, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, the Company has decided that the close period (i.e. closure of trading window) under the Companys "Code to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading" would commence from 6.00 p.m. on October 01, 2015 and end 48 hours after the results are made public on October 12, 2015.
