| Reliance Industrial Infrastructure Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on January 13, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the third quarter/ nine months ended December 31, 2015.<BR><BR>Pursuant to this, the Company has decided that the close period (i.e. closure of trading window) under the Company's "Code to Regulates Monitor and Report Trading" would commence from 6.00 p.m. on January 04, 2016 and end 48 hours after the results are made public on January 13, 2016. | |
