Reliance Infrastructure Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 27, 2015, inter alia, has recommend a Dividend of Rs. 8.00 per share on fully paid up equity shares of Rs. 10 each. The dividend will be paid on the equity share capital of Rs. 262.99 crore.
