Reliance Infrastructure Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 19, 2014, inter alia, has recommended a Dividend of Rs. 7.50 (75%) per share on fully paid up equity shares of Rs. 10 each. The dividend will be paid on the equity share capital of Rs. 262.99 crore.
