Reliance Infrastructure Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has on January 24, 2014 acquired 9.5 crore equity shares of Rs. 10 each of Reliance Power Ltd from Reliance Enterprises and Ventures Private Limited in a bulk deal at the prevailing market price by way of an inter se transfer.
