<BR> This is to hereby inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors is scheduled to be held on November 13, 2017 at the Corporate Office of the Company, inter-alia to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter/half year ended 30 September 2017, subject to limited review by the Statutory Auditors of the Company.<BR> <BR> <BR> The said results along with the auditor's report issued by the Statutory Auditor will be sent after the same is approved by the Board, in terms of Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure requirements) Regulations 2015. <BR> <BR> Further, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company which had been closed on September 29, 2017, shall continue to remain closed till November 15, 2017, for the Company's Directors/Officers and designated employees as per the Company's Code of Conduct in terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.<BR> <BR>
