Restile Ceramics Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on May 21, 2016 to consider among other things, Audited Financial Results for the fourth quarter and year ended on March 31, 2016.<BR><BR>Further as per the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading the Trading Window for dealing in equity shares of the Company shall remain closed for all the Directors and Designated Employees of the Company from May 11, 2016 to May 22, 2016. The Trading Window shall reopen from May 23, 2016.
