Revathi Equipment Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 30, 2016, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results for the year ended March 31, 2016.<BR><BR>Further, as per the Company's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the trading window for the purpose of trading in the shares of the Company will remain closed from May 21, 2016 to June 01, 2016 (both days inclusive). <BR><BR>Trading window will open from June 02, 2016.
