As per Company''s Code of Conduct to regulating, monitoring and reporting of trading by Insiders of the Company under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the Securities of the Company will remain closed from November 06, 2018 to November 14, 2018 (both days inclusive) for the Directors / Officers / designated employees including their dependents who are not permitted to deal in the Shares of the Company during the closure of Trading Window
