Ricoh India Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company was convened on May 17, 2016 to discuss the unaudited financial statements for the half year and quarter ended September 30, 2015. Considering the recent events, as were also disclosed to the Bombay Stock Exchange earlier, there were prolonged discussions and the meeting was protracted and hence could not be concluded till late evening on May 17, 2016. Accordingly, the meeting was adjourned and will be reconvened on May 18, 2016.
