Ricoh India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 10, 2015, have appointed M/s. BSR & Co. LLP, Chartered Accountants, as the new Statutory Auditors of the Company for a period of Five years in place of retiring Auditors M/s. Sahni Natarajan and Bahl, Chartered Accountants.
