| Riddhi Siddhi Gluco Biols Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 30, 2012, inter alia, have transacted the following :<br/><br/>1. The Board of Directors of the Company has appointed M/s. Deloitte Haskins and Sells as Statutory Auditors in place of M/s. S. V. Ghatalia and Associates who have resigned as a Statutory Auditors of the Company as Statutory Auditors of the Company for the financial year 2011-12.<br/><br/>2. The Board of Directors of the Company has decided to convene the Extra Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company on August 27, 2012 at 2.00 p.m. to appoint M/s. Deloitte Haskins and Sells as Statutory Auditors of the Company. | |
